Features:
 Color Enabled OS5 Compatible

RAM Used:
  • 190KB
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Any Palm OS Hardware
  • Any Palm OS
  • Resolutions Supported:
  • Palm Standard (160x160)
  • Application Description
This application will graphically display the phase of the Moon for any day. This version is corrected to work with any version of the PalmPilot, to my knowledge. The older pilots won't have the full functionality, however.

    German and French Translations Available.
    Updated Description:

1/29/03 - Changes: V2.7 Fixed failing to use default colors when not in inverted mode; added French translation. V2.6 Corrected a mistake which prevented the application from working on PalmOS 3.3 or before. V2.5 Cleaned up the application to make it PalmOS 5.0 compatible; Added an inverted White on Black mode. V2.1 Fixed memory leaks. V2.0: Added Color Palm support! V1.6 Changed: Added small icon for "list" view; modified Moon! launch to start Sol! II first, if available. V1.5 Changed: "Next" dates to Month and Day because of lack of screen space. V1.4 Added a menu item to launch Moon! if it is loaded on the Pilot. v1.3 Bug Fix: Modified the start up code a bit to better match what the PalmOS expects; added an option to allow for the Lunar Phase day count to start at 1, which is more social expected, rather than 0, which is more scientifically accurate; Adapted code so the scroll buttons can be used to move between dates.

Works great on my PEG-TG50. The footprint is not to bad as I use PowerRun to run it from my memory stick.

A fine product, useful for Security Officers as advance warning for graffiti attacks on trains/property on full moon nights

This is a really cool program. Thanks for making it FREE! It is fun to move thru the years, for instance, to see when the next full moon will occur on your birthday. I'm with some of the other reviewers that it would be the ultimate if it listed rise and set times, but you can't gripe much if you aren't paying for it!!

Very nice, pretty program. The only thing that it lacks is the time that the moon rises and sets, very important info if you're planning to observe the stars.
